It appears that Canadian CTV is going to air The Mentalist's Season 7 Premiere before CBS, tomorrow Thursday November 27, at 10/9c. Catch the season premiere this Thursday @ 10/9c! — CTV Television (@CTV_Television) November 25, 2014 CBS is going to air the premiere as we know on Sunday, November 30, at 9.30pm ET. So the news we were all waiting for, is finally here: The seventh and final season of THE MENTALIST will premiere Sunday, Nov. 30 (9:30-10:30 PM, ET/9:00-10:00 PM, PT*), where it will air new episodes for five weeks through December. When THE GOOD WIFE returns on Sunday, Jan. 4 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), THE MENTALIST will shift to its regular Wednesday (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) time slot on Jan. 7.
