News about The Mentalist from the CBS' Upfronts
So, today it's the day of CBS' Upfronts.
We already knew that The Mentalist was renewed for Season 7, but we were waiting to see CBS' Schedule to find out when the Show would air.
Well, The Mentalist will air from Midseaon, so in 2015. Rumors talk about January, with 13 episodes to air until May.
But for now, the only information we have is that The Mentalist will be held for 2015.
You can see HERE one of the many websites that report the news.
I think we can really be grateful we're going to have Season 7. We'll have to wait longer, but we are renewed and that's what really matters in the end!
I'll be sure to update you with any news!
Does that mean we will onl have 13 episodes?
ReplyDeleteOr what?
It means exactly what I have written. That those are rumors, and that we shall wait for more detailed informations later.
ReplyDeleteHi Maria thanks for letting us know take care Bill UK
ReplyDeletelooks like seven will be the final season...happy we got that
ReplyDeleteCBS was nice to renew, it was kind of a consolation for fans. But Warner could take control of the show and move to another channel. The Mentalist is a wonderful series and deserves to continue...
ReplyDeleteI think we should just be grateful we're gonna have a seventh season at all. We were like, really, really close to cancellation. So we should just be happy with what we'll have, whatever that will be. Every fan of any tv show would love to see their series going on forever... But we have to be realistic, and understand how lucky we were. I think we should just enjoy Season 7 and be thankful to WB and CBS.
DeleteI am and I prayed hard to be renewed, but the reason for cancellation is that bothers me. The high cost of the series related to relatively low audience for CBS, is understandable that they want to cancel, but in a general context, if we compare the quality of The Mentalist with so many other shows that are currently on the air, the Mentalist is infinitely superior, I think Warner should fight for the show and transfer to another channel.
DeleteI hope that you understand me because my english is very bad. Sorry
DeleteJimmy Gadd confirms it will have 13 episodes :(
ReplyDeleteThis is what Jimmy Gadd wrote: "they'll start with 13 & possibly expand the season. I wouldn't count on it, but who knows". So, It's not official. Actually nothing's official except that we're gonna have Season 7. I think we should be really happy with 13 episodes, considering we were really close to being cancelled.
