Maui Film Festival Top Picks - See Girl Run

The Maui Film Festival returns on Wednesday, June 12th and runs through Sunday, the 16th,  2013.
On Saturday, June 15, the Celestial Cinema will be showing “See Girl Run.”The film takes a gently introspective look at the dilemma of the stale marriage. Although it’s humorous throughout, it continues to touch down on the sober shore of let’s-get-real.Robin Tunney (The Craft, The Mentalist) plays Emmie, a 30s-something wife in New York who darts away from her commitments and returns to her Maine hometown. She pretends she’s visiting family, but her actual goal is to re-connect with the guy she left behind when she went to college.Adam Scott (Parks & Rec) plays Jason, the old flame, a charming waiter in a lobster house who is actually waiting to get a life.Apparently “during the last 10 minutes, there will be tears” (presumably yours). You’ve been warned.

New Interview: Robin Tunney Talks Looking Glass and The Craft

Another new interview released by FoxNews in which Robin talks about her new movie released today, Looking Glass, and also some of her iconic roles such as in Craft and Empire Records. Robin Tunney has starred in some of the most iconic films from the ‘90s, but these days she’s opening a creepy motel alongside Nicolas Cage just for a good thrill. The duo star as a married couple in “Looking Glass,” a voyeuristic film where they are faced with disturbing, unexplained events occurring inside of what should be a desert oasis. Tunney, who captivated teens in cult classics like “Empire Records” and The Craft,” said she’s been waiting for years to work alongside Cage —and it was worth it. Robin says Thank You!

I still have to realize myself if this is just a work of my imagination, or if it is real, so bear with me if this post will sound a little too much incoherent! ;) I received yesterday an e-mail from Robin Tunney's personal assistant who very kindly passed along a message from Robin, in which she thanks all the fans involved in the Birthday Project Video that I shared here on Robin's Birthday day.
