Creator Bruno Heller wants to be very up front about something: "I don't think I'll be giving too much away to say that Red John does not die in this episode," he says with a laugh. Although Patrick Jane won't catch his nemesis, he will meet a cocktail waitress (Emmanuelle Chriqui), for whom he falls head over heels. "She comes into Jane's life at a very, very low ebb," Heller says. "He's at a moment when he really needs a helping hand and a little ray of light, and she provides that. 
And then things start to get weird." So weird, in fact, that Jane shoots one of his own team members! What? "Don't believe everything you see," Heller teases.

I can't express how awesome that is, it's like holding the most wonderful treasure in my hands! I will not thank Robin enough for her sweet message, and for the wonderful gift.
