See Girl Run Review by Meet In The Lobby

Review of See Girl Run by Meet In The Lobby :

Speaking of avoiding convention… the typical, dreamy “what if?” romance gets turned on its ear, in Nate Meyer’s tale of a married city-girl dog-walker (Robin Tunney) who heads home to Maine to see if her old high school flame (Adam Scott) is worth staying home for.
Meyer fleshes out a handful of worthy characters, thankfully avoiding the obvious blueprints seen in films like this (Hey, there’s no wacky Maine neighbor!)
The dialogue has density and the performances have weight, especially Tunney’s.
Meyer knows just how to tweak our emotional cinematic experiences, slightly turning them into something else.
If Hollywood had done this, it would have Jennifer Aniston, Ashton Kutcher, and 100 ways to do it wrong.
